Shipping Policy

Each Lovora Frame is custom-made for one specific couple. The total time from order to delivery is made up of two distinct phases: production time and shipping time. They run sequentially, not in parallel.

Placeholder: All production windows, shipping carriers, regions, and rates below are starting estimates. Confirm and update them based on your actual fulfillment partner and shipping setup before going live.

1. Production Time

After you place your order, the following happens before your frame ships:

  1. Preview created: 24–48 hours after order (or 12 hours with the Priority Preview add-on).
  2. Your approval or revision: Production cannot begin until you approve your preview. The clock pauses while we wait for your reply.
  3. Frame production: 3–5 business days from the moment you approve your preview. Larger sizes may add 1–2 days.

During peak gifting periods (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), production may take an additional 2–3 business days. We post updated lead times at the top of the site whenever this applies.

2. Shipping Time

Once your frame leaves our studio, shipping time depends on your destination. The estimates below are typical for tracked shipping after production:

  • United States: 3–6 business days
  • Canada: 5–9 business days
  • United Kingdom & EU: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–18 business days

Customs clearance for international orders may add a few business days outside our control.

3. Tracking

Every order ships with full tracking. As soon as your frame leaves our studio, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow your order via the Track Order page.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the size of your frame, and your selected shipping speed. Free shipping promotions, when running, are announced at the top of the site.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before approving your preview. Once your frame is in production we cannot reroute or modify the destination. If you spot an error, contact support@lovoraframes.com as soon as possible.

6. Lost, Delayed, Or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the issue with photos (where applicable). Damaged frames are replaced free of charge. Lost packages are reissued or refunded after a carrier investigation.

7. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
