The Process
Yes — every Lovora order includes a digital preview before anything is printed or framed. You'll receive your preview within 24–48 hours of placing your order, and nothing goes to production until you approve it.
Yes. Every order includes one free revision so you can request adjustments to colors, layout, the background mood, or the message text. Need more? Add the Extra Revision add-on at checkout.
Absolutely. During checkout you can add partner names, your special date, and a short personalized message — all of which appear in your preview before production.
Clear, well-lit photos where both faces are visible. Selfies, wedding photos, vacation shots, and everyday moments all transform beautifully. Avoid blurry, very dark, or heavily filtered photos.
Most previews arrive within 24–48 hours. If you need yours sooner, add Priority Preview at checkout for delivery within 12 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
After you approve your preview, production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping time varies by destination — typically 3–7 business days for most regions. All orders ship tracked and you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your frame leaves the studio.
Yes — most of our orders are surprise gifts. Use your own email for the preview and approval process, then ship directly to your partner with our gift-ready packaging. We won't include any pricing in the package.
You can cancel any time before you approve the preview, with a full refund. Once you approve and production begins, the order can no longer be cancelled because each frame is custom-made for you.
Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace your frame free of charge — no return required. Every Lovora order is covered by our damage-free guarantee.
Returns & Gifts
Because each Lovora frame is custom-made for one specific couple, we cannot accept returns once production has started. That's why every order goes through preview-and-approve first — so you have full control before any printing happens. Damaged items are always replaced free.
